WOLFGANG PUCK EXPRESS

Wolfgang Puck is synonymous with culinary passion and innovation. Inspired by his mother Maria, a hotel chef, Austrian-born Puck began his formal culinary training at age 14 and regularly spent time cooking with fresh ingredients from local farms. The Express restaurants emphasize quality and freshness and offer Wolfgang’s authentic recipes and menu innovation at affordable prices. Launched in 1991, Wolfgang Puck Gourmet Express has since expanded to more than 80 locations in major urban and suburban retail centers, airports and supermarkets throughout the United States, Canada and Japan.

RED MANGO

Frozen yogurt isn't typically the first thing that comes to mind when you hear “Red Mango,” but that will change the first time you sample what this new hotspot has to offer. Unlike many frozen yogurts that include such foreign ingredients as phenylalanine [huh?] and propylene glycol alginate [yum!], Red Mango's all-natural yogurt is a refreshing and creamy treat at just 90 calories per serving. And any eighth grader can pronounce its ingredients.

ZAO NOODLE BAR

The heart of the menu is the 15 pan-fried and Vietnamese noodle entrees, like an immense bowl of Shanghai noodles tossed with prawns and ginger-fueled bits of chicken. Or grilled pork over rice vermicelli with crushed peanuts and fiery chili sauce. Prices are surprisingly low, particularly considering the quality.
